We moved from San Diego in the early 2000's and kept our home as a rental. Years later, when it was time to sell, Simmi was recommended to us by several friends in the area and professionals in the business. Our tenant was unhappy about our decision to sell, and Simmi treated the situation with great sensitivity while still representing our interests. Simmi found us a great buyer, was always clear with expectations, and always VERY responsive to calls and emails. In fact, I still bad for how many late night calls she took from us! Simmi did a fantastic job helping me sell my mother's house. She dealt with probate conditions, challenges due to reverse mortgage requirements, a solar lease entanglement, etc. It was by no means an easy property to deal with, but Simmi was thorough, detail-oriented, honest, and trustworthy. She was able to get multiple offers, and when our best offer balked, she was able to bring our second offer almost up to par with the first.
